So since I spouted off about healthier ingredients here is a delicious banana bread recipe you gotta try! I love to bake when I have the time, and banana bread, ginger snap cookies, oatmeal cookies are just a few of my favorites to make. Here you go!!!

Healthy Banana Bread

Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees, this batter will create two loaves.

1/4 C of Honey or Agave Nectar
2 Egg Whites
2 T of Vanilla Extract
2-3 Medium bananas mashed
2 T of olive oil

Mix these ingredients together. You want to always mix the dry ingredients together in one bowl and the liquid or "wet" ingredients in a seperate bowl to evenly distribute the ingredients throughout the recipe.

(you can also do about 1/3-1/2 c. of applesauce if your afraid of oil lol)
2 tsp. baking soda
1 T of cinnamon
1/2 tsp. sea salt

Mix all the dry ingredients!

You can also add walnuts if you wish to your batter!

Combine the mixtures together and then seperate the batter evenly between two bread pans. Let it bake for about 40 min or until you can stick a toothpick in the break and not retain raw batter on it.
